Exchanges

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product, or production faults).

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must provide a mandatory unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the defect or issue from the moment you open the package.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at [Your Support Email Address] with your order details and unboxing video.
