All our products are 100% handmade and made only after you place an order. 🛠️

🚚 Shipping time: 15 days
📦 Total: ~30 days to receive your product.

Please order only if you agree with this timeline.
❌ No cancellations once the order is placed, as we start making your product immediately.

• All products listed on our site are made to order.

• We strive to display product details, images, and colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to photography or screen settings.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity).

 

Pricing & Payments

 

• All prices displayed on our website are final at the time of purchase.

• We reserve the right to update prices, offers, or discounts at any time.

• Payments must be completed in full before we begin processing your order.

 

Shipping

 

• Orders require 7–10 working days for production and 5–6 working days for delivery (total ~15 days).

• We ship internationally. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp at +917498888880 before placing your order.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or unforeseen courier delays.

 

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

 

• We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed.

• We do not accept returns.

• Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange, and you must provide an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery.
